  I have been a patient of Dr. Ali for 8-9 years. During the entire time, I have found it easy to get an appointment within 1-3 days. I had the opportunity to observe Dr. Ali caring for other patients, was impressed by his bedside manner with fragile patients, and chose him when I became ill and needed a doctor. During a later episode of acute illness, he stayed at the office and waited for me to arrive so that I could be seen the same afternoon/evening despite having no appointment. He arranged for my needed testing to occur the following business day, and for a needed surgical consult to occur the next business day after the testing. Although the surgeon later admitted me to the hospital, Dr. Ali also checked on me daily while I was there. Dr. Ali has always taken the time to explain problems/treatments in language I understand, and never makes me feel like he is too busy when I am there for an appointment. Dr. Ali is pleasant and nice to me, even when it is clear that I did not follow his recommendations like I should have. He is nonjudgmental and just encourages me to try again for the benefit of my own health.

  Dr. Ali was my mothers doctor before she passed away. He was always professional, he took time to explain her diagnosis and disease process. Not only did he provide excellent care to my mother he was also very supportive and sensitive to our emotional needs during my mothers transition.
