  It's a shame that I have to give this clinic such a terrible review. The doctors (Moore, Reimer, Zackarjaz) are all fantastic doctors. But the rest of the staff is disturbingly disrespectful. Every time I am there I stand at the front desk and wait for someone to notice I am there to check me in because they are too busy talking to each other. Once I am checked in a have an MA come get me after a few minutes and show absolutely no emotion whatsoever. Then I wait for the doctor to come in and meanwhile I can hear all of the MAs outside my room making fun of the patients they have seen. Today I called to cancel an appointment with a nurse practitioner because the weather is bad and I cannot get there. I called when the office opened at 8am and nobody answered for 15 minutes. They have a habit of leaving people on hold for as long as possible. I hung up and tried again at 8:45. I waited on hold for 5 minutes this time. When the girl answered she coughed right in my ear. I then told her that I needed to cancel my 9:20 appointment and she said "it's 8:50 ma'am...." I said "I know but I tried to call earlier with no answer". She said "ok what's your name?" I told her and she said "ok I'll tell them you aren't coming but I'm not gonna cancel it out..." I said ok and she hung up on me. They have lost a patient because I will never go back there. I don't recommend this clinic to anybody.

  When calling to talk with someone or trying to make an appointment you are most likely not going to be able to talk to a soul there. The white receptionist is nice and easy to deal with. The black receptionist needs some social skills. She always has an attitude and she gets short with you very quickly. The doctor I had left to work in Utah and i didn't know till I called and made an appointment. If you choose to use this practice keep in mind you will have to work around there time and needs. Do not expect to get in right away. Always expect attitude and ignorant people. Make sure you call and make sure they are doing there job correctly and in a timely fashion.
