  A total waste of time and money! I would not recommend Dr. Goodrich to anyone! My daughter has suffered from Ambliopia in her right eye for several years. We have tried patching, diliation of her good eye, computer programs, etc. We were referred to Dr. Goodrich and told glasses would not fix her problem completely but could certainly help. We waited 3 months for the appointment, and another 2 hours in his office waiting to be seen. He spent less than 5 minutes with her, checking both eyes together but never each separately. We were told nothing when we left other than to pick up her prescription on the way out. When we got in the car I noticed the prescription was written the same for both eyes. I was shocked! Even my daughter's teachers, her ball coach, could tell she was not seeing in one eye! I called the office 4 times and left 2 messages and my call was never returned. When I finally reached someone she told me that was the proper prescription based on her refraction and there was nothing more they could do. Not wanting to spend hundreds of dollars on glasses that would not help, I took her to Crown Vision just to see what they said. I did not tell them of my experience with Dr. Goodrich. The doctor there was amazing, spent over 30 minutes doing different testing, explained exactly what ambliopia is and how it is corrected. She wrote a prescription that was extremely different from right eye to left. My daughter, for the first time in years, can see wonderfully! And by the way was half the cost for the office visit. Please don't waste your time or money with Dr. Goodrich. In my opinion, an uncaring quack, looking to push through as many patients as possible in a day, regardless of his effectiveness.

  Dr. Goodrich is fantastic! He is patient and knowlegable, good with kids and adults alike. Unfortunately, I had to give 3 stars because it is nearly impossible to get through to a person to make an appointment. When I leave a message, no one returns my call. It's very frustrating. I may have to ask the pediatrician to recommend someone else.
