- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been trying to reach Richard Bertacchi, my agent, he has been dodging my calls and will not pick up his cell phone. I received a notice regarding a cancelation of my newly acquired AAA insurance here in Missouri. It seems there is an error on my record as I have been insured with AAA in Massachusetts for the past year without issue. Basically Richard told me over the phone that Missouri does not understand Florida legal language. No one will help me or let me speak to Richard Bertacchi.
